Deliveries
We are based in Amsterdam and generally ship from there. Deliveries take approximately 3-4 working days to Ireland and the EU from the date of dispatch. If you need your order by a particular date please contact us at hello@akaterina.com to confirm.
Shipping costs do not include any customs charges for orders outside of the EU. Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
For hygiene reasons there are no returns on earrings purchased. If goods are damaged please take a photograph and email hello@akaterina.com with the details. Goods that are returned must be unworn with all the original packaging, and sent at the expense of the customer.
